shawnandileen, yes u need to get nbi in phils and police certificate in hongkong. u can get police certificate in hongkong after receiving ur packet 3 letter from us embassy..god bless

thanx for adding..may filers din ako..may 16..too lucky coz my papers are sent already here at us embassy in hongkong..3 months and 6 days processing..unfortunately police clearance here takes 1 month to get the result..so i still need to wait..

hi! thats nice! me too..the case number is here in hongkong already but geez police clearance here takes 3 weeks b4 they send it directly to us embassy..quite long to wait..but once everything is complete well im sure they would give me sched for medical and interview..too happy now..hope everything goes well..

did u submit a detailed summary of ur story when u filed ur application? thats what we did..we included our short story when we did submit our application at USCIS. we did pass on it and got our NOA2 so maybe u dont need it at all..but if u have doubts better to make one and bring it in ur interview..anyways what's ur timeline now? u got ur NOA2?

yeah..it appeared on my cenomar that i was married to my ex then the place and date when it was happened..but i do have the copy of my marriage contract wherein there is annotation that my previous marriage was annulled..actually it's just a waste of money for that becoz u have to use the nso copy of ur marriage contract with annotation on the right side. actually all u have to do is attach the cenomar to ur marriage contract..thats all.

i think u need to have ur CENOMAR..thats what i know..if u are single then if annulled need to present the marriage ccontract with annotation on the side of it..if u apply for cenomar actually they will just put there ur record that u were once married to ur ex or if ur never married then it will states there u dont have any marriage before..i am annulled and when i did apply for cenomar nothing happened on the paper but just the record i was once married to my ex and the place and date where...
