hi everyone! i'm from phils but working here in hongkong..we filed our fiance visa and i did put on the application to send the papers in hongkong. question is..do i need to get NBI still in phils or just police clearance here in hongkong? another question is..do i need to go back to phils after i got my visa here in hongkong b4 i go to california? need some advice guys..hope i can hear some from you..thanx..

  hi, you need to get NBI clearance from both Phil and Hongkong. Thats what I did. I live more than 6 months in Dubai so I got a police clearance from UAE at the same time.

  THANX ALOT NOVI..DID U GO TO PHILS B4 U HAD UR FLIGHT GOING TO US? OR U WENT TO US FROM DUBAI?

  hi im not yet in the US. I'm back in pinas and waited here for my petition to be finished soon. I guess it doesnt matter where you are as long as you have your visa with you. you can fly from hongkong to US if you want. Thats what I believe. The visa is valid anywhere. I could chose to file adn wait in Dubai but he wants me to spend time with my family thats why I'm back here.
