we got married april 12, 2011. my husband returned to the states and i was not allowed to cross with him, have now filed an I-130 and I-129F both have been recieved and sent to california. i was allowed back in the states for 2 mths to deal with paperwork and now i have to return to canada. is it really taking 5 mths to have one of these approved
