Hey guys I'm having some Domex issues :/ When I call the number on the receipt it gives a list of extensions and each one comes up as out of service or wrong number or it goes back to the main menue. Same thing for Customer Service. Don't know what's going on does anyone have any ideas? Or if someone could give me the shortcut that they use I'm picking it up at Santo Domingo. Thanks

Sorry if that was confusing but as I mentioned his brother petitioned them and them as in his other syblings as well. I don't personally know this person I was just asked to find out some advice for him but yes I'm assuming he did not let the embassy or nvc know he got married. I guess his question was more like should I still go and say nothing or is it a waste of $. MY own opinion is that going as if nothing happen will just result in more problems in the future for ex. He's not going to leave his wife in DR so they'll see that he was married at the time he was granted visa , anyways like I said I'm just passing on the Q to get the answers here, thansk for your responses!

Hey guys, looking for some advice for someone. This person (from the Dom. Rep.) was petitioned along with other family members by his brother who is in USA. He recently got married (to a dominican woman) and to his understanding means that he was going to be dropped out of the family petition. However, Interview Letter has arrived and he appears on the list of people to attend the interview. He is wondering whether he should go ahead spend the $ and get his medicals done and go to the interview, or... what other options there are for him. Any advice will help, thanks guys.

Hey guys! So I´m preparing the AOS and I have some questions/things I want to be sure of so if anyone can help I´d appreciate that, thanks.

First off here is my situation-

**Live at home with parents. Mom will be co-sponsor. She files taxes joint with husband. I was her dependent in last tax year.

Q- I will file I-864 and she will file I-864A since we live together and she will include her W2´s to seperate her income from husbands..or is the best thing another I-864?

....And if she DID do another I-864 she and I could NOT combine income, she would have to make enough for our household PLUS hubby?

Now my husbands full name is Jean Carlos Polanco Rodriguez and when I completed the I-864A form.....just in case...., Part 2, No. 1, Line a. - His name doesn´t fit.There´s no way of cutting it because Jean Carlos are both his first name and Polanco Rodriguez are both his last name.

Hey guys, I´m trying to help out a friend if you have any advise or input he would very much appreciate it. Here are the facts...

His wife was a US Resident when they started the process almost 2 years ago. His wife was applying for him, husband, and HIS daughter ..her step daughter...

SHE became a US citizen DURING the process. NOW he is informed that HIS daughter has been DROPPED from the case from the moment SHE became a citizen.

They are now at the end of the entire process. The fee´s have been paid for both of them, all forms have been sent to NVC for both daughter and husband..her husband AND step daughter, he just recieved cita date for JUNE 1st.

Is there ANY way of getting a cita for his daughter same day. I have advised him to call NVC as well as Visa Specialist. They are telling me they have called everyone and that was the explanation they have been given. He bought a PIN at Banco Popular today to give a call tomorrow. So if there was any help on this page I would love to give him soem other advise.
