Could you be a bit more specific? Who initiates the fights? How long does it last for? Who apologies - is it primarily the same person? And for how long a time have you noticed that you have had these fights?

In my situation I have experienced the opposite to you - we had no fights. We had a differing viewpoint on where the wedding should be held - we talked about it for a few days and it was settled. Even though we had to address it 2 weeks later. But other than that for the past 6 months no fights.

sure ill be more specific. we fight over distractions during skype calls. sometimes some of her lady friends will instant message her. I hate that. if i dont answer one call from her she gets really offended. sometiems i feel like she is loosing interest. when she gets really upset. she does not want to talk to me, but if one of her lady friends calls her she will answer their call. im starting to consider telling her to rethink what she wants and prove to me that she wants to be with me. please advise.

The beneficiary receives packet 3 from the consulate. Packet 3 includes all the info the beneficiary will need in order to apply for his/her visa at the consulate.

beneficiary is moving next week to new house. our application is at california service center in initial review.

my quesiton is. do i call the number on noa1 and update her new address?

i recently filed my i129f application. recently my car has been having the tires stabbed by someone in the neighborhood. this individual has been seen around the house multiple times at night. recently a neigbor witnessed him slashing my tires. so i filed a police report. i have a court date scheduled.

my mayin concern is that if i go to court will this affect my fiance visa. will this report show up in the background check and affect my visa ?

tires are replaceble and i dont want anything to affect my fiance visa.

my estimated salary is about 38,000 per year. i live with family. i am sponsoring my fiance and 2 kids.

do i count my parents and baby sister in my total household size. uscis site says the following.

(Your household size includes you, your dependents, any relatives living with you, and the immigrants you are sponsoring.)

my parents work and have their own income. should i include them as co sponsors? what is the best approach im stuck.

foreign fiance was house sitting her family's house for a couple of months? i called her on that house number do we need to state that address on her g325 a. not sure if anyone had this same situation?

after printing form g325a. i only see 2 sheets. i downloaded it from uscis website. it expires 08/31/2012. Ive read somewhere that 4 sheets print out?

ionly see 2 pages first page has biographic info and second page has instructions. do i have the right form.

What does the guides / directions say? Thats usually a good place to start. If it says you need one then you need one. If it says its optional then its optional.

guide says photo passport copy only during k1 visa.. then at interview you need the actual passport for foreing fiance

for those that are not familiar with how a date stamp works on most digital cameras. its called exif data. most digial cameras store the make, model time of photo taken and date.
