  1. has anyone set up a dummy account and chatted with their fiance. to see what she says. does she accept to go out with any guy? does she deny she has a boyfriend? just curious is anyone has done this.

  2. Could you be a bit more specific? Who initiates the fights? How long does it last for? Who apologies - is it primarily the same person? And for how long a time have you noticed that you have had these fights?

In my situation I have experienced the opposite to you - we had no fights. We had a differing viewpoint on where the wedding should be held - we talked about it for a few days and it was settled. Even though we had to address it 2 weeks later. But other than that for the past 6 months no fights.

sure ill be more specific. we fight over distractions during skype calls. sometimes some of her lady friends will instant message her. I hate that. if i dont answer one call from her she gets really offended. sometiems i feel like she is loosing interest. when she gets really upset. she does not want to talk to me, but if one of her lady friends calls her she will answer their call. im starting to consider telling her to rethink what she wants and prove to me that she wants to be with me. please advise.

  3. could these be early warning signs?

has anybody else had fights with their loved one for the littlest things. I understand the distance is having an effect on us. just curious what fights you guys have had.

  4. The beneficiary receives packet 3 from the consulate. Packet 3 includes all the info the beneficiary will need in order to apply for his/her visa at the consulate.

beneficiary is moving next week to new house. our application is at california service center in initial review.

my quesiton is. do i call the number on noa1 and update her new address?

does that extend our processing time or just wait until its approved?

  5. Is your fiancé the petitioner or the beneficiary?

If the petitioner, they can submit the change of address online here: http://1.usa.gov/HJiJqH

If the beneficiary, they will need to follow the non-citizen steps provided on that same link:

    Step 1: File a Form AR-11 (This changes your address in our master database.);

Step 2: If you have a pending case, you must also file a Change of Address online or call our National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. (This changes your address for the specific application you have submitted.)

does chaning the beneficiary address online cause any delays?

  6. I'm soo proud of you hun.. Y asi mismo stay strong y date tu lugar de mujer y sigue fuerte.. You know I'm here for you pa lo q sea y whenever... Cuidtae y te cheroo muchoo!! ;)

Sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortuantely it was not meant to be. After all that you did for your loved one they repay you with their unfortunate actions. Life has their unexpected turns and just around the corner their is always light.

The positive to take from what happened is that you jumped in and above all fought for what you wanted.

Take it one day at a TIME.. !!

  7. i recently filed my i129f application. recently my car has been having the tires stabbed by someone in the neighborhood. this individual has been seen around the house multiple times at night. recently a neigbor witnessed him slashing my tires. so i filed a police report. i have a court date scheduled.

my mayin concern is that if i go to court will this affect my fiance visa. will this report show up in the background check and affect my visa ?

tires are replaceble and i dont want anything to affect my fiance visa.

    please advise.
