I am in a situation where I may have to file for personal bankruptcy protection. We filed for AOS in December and the case was transferred to CSC in January. Will a bankruptcy affect my wife's AOS?

We are now married and are looking through the forms required for the adjustment of status. We see that some of the forms are the same as we supplied for our K-1 Visa. Can we use those same forms or do we need to fill out new forms? Please advise. Thank you.

My fiance' had her interview last Tuesday the 11th in Manila? Everything went well. She was given back the original photos I had submitted with the I-129F and also her appointment letter with the bio stamp. Anyone else waiting for their visa from this day? I am trying to be patient but would like to hear something. Thanks VJ...

My fiance' had her interview in Manila on Tuesday. Said thinks the counsel said "approved" and gave her back the photos I had submitted with the I-129F. So now we are just impatiently waiting for the text that the visa is ready for delivery...I hope. I had heard about a "pink slip" that people are given if approved but they just gave her back her appointment letter with the biometrics stamp on it. Does anyone have this same experience? How many days did you wait until you were texted by the courier? Thank you for your response....

she has hepatitis B ........ will she be allowed into the US?

so does that mean she can pass the medical if she has had treatment?

My partner was getting vacinations and the doctor said the Hepatitis B came back positive. The situation is being addressed but was wondering if this will be a major problem for us. We still have a couple months before we should be approved and then maybe another month before the interview. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
