Hi y'all, I'm new to this site but i see that it has a lot of information about visa filing process. So i believe i will get help and answer to my question.

My fiance and I are getting ready to put in our petition and we are getting the documents required together, but i have a question. Since i have lost my naturaliztion certificate, there's an option to use my US passport. But my pp was obtained when i was still married to my ex.and has his last name on it. However, my divorce decree stated that i can go back to my maiden name, and I have change almost all my documents except my pp. So,my question is should i file for my fiance with my ex marriage name, since i'm using the pp as my prove of citizenship or should i use my maiden name as my family name and include my ex's name as other name used?

I will appreciate any answer given.
