Congrats! you're almost home. My girl just went to St. Lukes a couple weeks ago and it is walk in only. They don't take appointments.

Try using fedex. That's what I use. Google fedex discounts and you may get a couple hits. I'm in the USAA and they offer members 50% of all fedex shipping. So, I'm sure there are other discount opportunities out there. Not to mention they are pretty reliable and prompt.
