In Thailand, ppl who got AP have to interview again with FPU(1-4hours).If pass they will get visa

221(G) as I know it has 2 kind

- 221(G) request evidence

CO ask more evident as soon as they send it CO will give the visa

- 221(G) AP

This step can take couple months to 1 Year

Mostly ppl who got AP, CO won't believe in their relationship.

Some ask for more evident, some after send evident has to interview again

For active duty military, you only need $14,710 but if you aren't it will be $18,387

oh, I forget to tell you this, thailand really dont care how much of assets you have

they care only tax reture and w2

since you are not student anymore, and you just work full time this year

you should ask your employer to write your letter say what do you do and how much you get pay per moth

As thai embrassy, they will check on tax return 2010 on no.22

if your tax return above 18,347 dollars,he will pass interview

if not pass they will give you the yellow paper call 211(G)

for send new tax reture 2011 or asset.
