    & yes we did call them jake, several times. u must start calling them if it's passed 5 months & can do the service request.

      not yet :( we have the same replies from them. pending bc of background check. my fiance doesn't like to call them anymore bc it's useless. now, i'm just waiting for him to do the last option which is infopass. what country & state are u in even your fiancee?

      @YJPlove: my fiance is so busy working like i'm already forcing him to call but he really can't. so visiting is too impossible i guess.

    goin to be our 6th month on the 14th :( we just had a service request a few days ago. i really hope no RFE's at this long wait! is it possible that we can get the approval at the maximum of 2 yrs? supervisor from uscis told me that. i never heard that from here. this is really hard & everyone later than us were getting their approvals already :(

      I would not wait for 2 years on this issue. You need to begin pushing it for an somekind of answer. I would ask them if they have your petition and make sure they didn't lose it through the process.

      i just figured out that i can check it through my account in uscis on when's the last updated date that they touched it. so that means someone's reviewing it already. but the last time they touched it was march 1 :(

    hi.. where is your fiance in kentucky? you must send your application to texas & they'll be the one to forward it to vermont. about the letter of intent, you can address it either one of them.

    nsa fiance ko na ung form ko na G325a with my letter of intent then gumawa nlng ako ng dalawa nun, isa addressed to vermont then d other 1 to lewisville, TX. kc ndi ko alam kung kanino iaadress. :)
