      Sorry to hear.We were in the same boat before.Our I129F got approved a week before our 7th month mark even WITHOUT RFE.All my hubby did was he went directly to their congressman's office personally and asked for help.3 days after we got approved.Take note that he did attempt to email them first and call them but he got no response that's why he decided to visit their congressman's office personally.

      @NC&LEYTE: yes he mailed the senator & they replied with a form to fill out. & as of now we're still waiting.
