the letter of disposition is the most important the out come of the every records you had.

The letter from the Clerk stated No Records Exist. Its not so much USCIS wants the Police Records but the disposition and outcome of the Courts. A Juvenile and records destroyed.

The Clerk would not give me anything at first. My Attorney called the Clerk and the next day I had a simple one page letter. With all the information I listed above. Again, they would'nt give me anything at first.

Be persiatant: Take the clerk an Apple or Rose and beg for her to write a simple letter. Yes, I gave her a Rose because it solved my RFE.

I paid $1,500.00 for an Attorney and I'm giving you this for free!

i know how does it feel,..i just pray and pray and i am so thankful when i received my passport and the packet....its a wonderful gift for me and my husband.I am a cr1 visa ..started the paper works last may and i they send my pasport last dec 23..what amazing grace and gift from God...

same thing happened to me too...interview is fine,i got the white paper too for additional docs,i have send it..and then after 10 days,they send back my passport with visa and packet....don t worry be happy..

was interviewed this month and the CO told me my visa is approved. all requirements are complete. but at the end they gave me a 221-g white form stating that my case is for further administrative review and they would just call me back. they did not release my passport. its more than a week now and have not heard from them. has anyone experienced this too? im worried. thanks

i had my interview last december 7,i got the 221 g for my husbands case in the past,though it s already resolved last 2007,they want a copy of it..i have send it last dec. 9.i am just hoping and praying that they gonna send me a good news and let me be with my husband as soon as possible,we are both mature person,hubby is 57 and i am 47,we want to be happy too and it s about time for us to be happy too,is there anyone like who could give me idea how long i will wait for this??please help me,i miss my husband so much and worrying about him too...

Hi there,i think they will let him in,i just had my interview last tuesday and i had my husband and son went with me..In fact,my 14th months son is the very reason she approved me...She did not even asked too much question about me and my husbands relationship coz she said that we had a baby together...

we are on the same track i guess,same here,they ask for my cenomar and something like court docs from my husband...i did the cenomar and waiting that thing that my husband gonna send me and send to them..wish i could be with my hubby he needs me so bad,he is so sad actually .hope they give us consideration that we have to be with our partner...

please help me for this i am confuse..i got my interview today,by the way i am on cr1 category,they have asked that my husband has 2 case in the past,,,that was his dwi last 2006 and a case with the former gf whish already resolved 3 years ago.now they are asking me to ask my husband to send me the court docs order from the case he had with former g f...my husband called the nvc about this they have proven that these case are resolved already...can anyone tells me that this thing will makes me delay to be with my husband..they have asked me the question about this and i just remember that my husband has told me aboutt his story with former g f...but not a case with previous wife...please help me for nthis i am real confuse now...

i will have my interview too on Dec .7...is it i have to produce my cenomar too thou i got already the marriage certificate from nso?is it the nvc send us the letter what documents we have to show them.as far as i know they have some of those documents already which is they send in manila u s a embassy.i have a little confussion of something..kindly someone shared the experiences she has during the interview..thanks.
