  1. Hi,

same thing happened with my husband as well. Embassy told my husband that they have mailed the visa packet and when we asked AMEX they said they dont have it. But exactly after one week my husband went again and they told him they have it. So I think you should just wait and check back with them in couple of days. I am sure they will have it.

  2. Hello All,

I'm very very disappointed with the processing.. Petitioners that filed after us have been getting APPROVED FOR I-130 NOA2. I just received a NOTIFICATION STATING....

Basically I've just been hit in the gut so hard.. I'm waiting another month and a half... Makes me wanna just scream!! :crying:

I think you should hear good news soon.

Anyone have any heads up as to what this means? I'm not feeling like I know anything more than I knew before I put the service request in.

To me it sounds like they are pulling your case out for adjudicating. You may hear soon from them :)

  4. Please please keep us in your prayers mylittle girl has what is called an arachnoid cyst in her brain it takes up 33% of her head its benign but fluid filled years ago she had brain surgery ao thy could fix it ao it drains without growing but the last 3 months she has been experiencing more frequent headaches and the intensity is gettin worse we fear it could be growing in size putting more pressure on we brain and will require another brain surgery to correct it

We are seeking treatment now but it takes time to figure out what's causing it

I know I've complained lately about wanting my husband home but I really really need him home now I can't face this alone I've already faced so much alone the last two years

I have no idea what the outcome will be the last time They told me she had a 50/50 chance of making it thru the surgery I cat face those odds without my husband and right now I'm feeling this is truly unfair and I don't know what to do now I'm truly broken beyond words

you are always in prayers hope your daughter gets well soon.

  5. " i m getting is that ftell e,bassy not to send the interview letter and file a petition for I-130 here and upon approval of the case call visa center and tell the, that k1 is in process in Islamabad with valid case numbers so they know it's a legit case and can expedite the process as our intentions were absolutely not to lie to government but circumstances change. I sm a 100% law biding citizen and do everything proper and legal from day 1 "

To me, this looks like the right option but I dont think it would be expedited as EAbbas said unless you have reasons for expedite. And you should follow the CR1 route as you are married to her and God forbid if your finance gets denied in the interview for k-1 petition for misrepresentation God forbid that can lead to serious consequences.

  6. My husband got this email from the embassy but i don't know what does it mean by that if someone can help me out and tell what does they need from him. im confused about it do i need to tell them for ever single person what kind of job there were doing around that time or are they just asking about his job and mine.do i have to give them my information too or only about my husband family information they need. what if one of the family member who is married do i need to tell them they are married and also tell about there spouse too and if they have any children also tell them about the children too.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Please provide us your names, current addresses, place and dates of birth of your brothers and sisters, spouses, children and parents. Please also be specific and detailed about the jobs you have been doing during that time.

    U.S Embassy

    Consular Section

    Immigration Unit

    Islamabad, Pakistan

I might be wrong but to me it looks like they need your husband's job info.
