in ds230 part one number 2 ( other name used or aliases if married woman,give maiden name)

im married to us green card holder

my question is

before i married my first name was " Hina" and i dont have last time before married

when i got married i change my name to "hina sakoor"

in ds-230 part 1 number 2 what should i write down there

1-none or n/a

2 hina

3 hina sakoor

4 sakoor

please help me in this matter ....

my other question is

ds-230 part 1 number 31a( person named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the united states now)????

i have a doughter and she is only 10 months old should i put her name too

my third question is ds 230 part 2

have you ever applied for social security number (ssn)?

i never been in usa what should i check

Since you are married put your middle name when you were single put"sakoor"

have you ever applied for social security number (ssn)?..In that questions as what you said you have never been in US..So again put."NO"

Hi, I don't think it will be a problem.I don't even have that one too.I had the first one of AOS but suddenly hubby changed it into I-864EZ since that is an applicable for us.So, we are just the same the most important documents you must have is w2 and the ITR,GOOD LUCK TO US! and God Bless us!

...I don't know yet if he had a copy of I-864EZ I only have his I-864 i did not know he changed it.But i called the NVC the agent said there is Problem of our affidavit of Support..But do i still need it for my interview?

Well. i ALSO have a problem with my Birth certificate because i have 2 Birth certificate and the other one was my Mom last name..But I am using my dad last name since before cause all my papers under my dad last name.that is why I also need to get another NBI with AKA..

seems like we have the same problem but mine is I have 2 birth certificate..my first BC is my mother last name and different Birth place..But I used my 2nd BC and all of my documents under my father last name and I was also late registered.So, Since the issue is my BC I have to get another NBI certificate with AKA..

Hi there.My husband send I-864EZ to NVC since he is the petitioner and at the same time a sponsor. I thought he just send I-864 because that is what I sent to him at first but he changed it because lawyer said that I-864EZ is applicable for us it just a shorter version not like I-864..So now, the documents I only have is his ITR,W2s and I-864..do you think I won't be in trouble if the Affidavit Of Support i only have is I-864 not I-864EZ is it acceptable?Because husband said that would be fine it just the same as I-864EZ.Please help me I am worried for my interview.

864..that is applicable for you..

That shouldn't be an issue. DS-230 is your actual visa application and we generally update the details like address... in DS-230. NVC will bother about your DS2-30 and your husbands I-864 packets.

Thanks!and also i have an issue in USCIS before when i was filling up my I-130 i accidentally put my Mom last name as her maiden name..LOL.. But I got approved to USCIS it wasnt a problem though..but do you think that would be a trouble if NVC find out that??

I am married now and I am also using my husband maiden name..and I don't need to get my Mom passport,,my only concern is do I have to put her maiden name in DS-230 or I just put it N/A..

actually she has a maiden name but the problem is in my Birth certificate it is stated there that N/A for some reasons my grand ma did not know her maiden name when she registered me.so do i have to follow my Birth certificate instead?..cause i need to send my Ds-230 soon:D

so i guess it would be better if i follow my Birth certificate..

she doesn't have passport yet..But in my Birth certificate it is N/A because by the time that my Grand mother registered me she wasn't there and grand ma doesn't know what is her maiden name..

All my hubby did was email NVC with subject line: MNL123456xxx DS3032

He followed the instructions http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form and received acceptance email from NVC in 4 days.

There's no need to send mail hardcopy.

Hi guys..have a question about my mom maiden name.

IN my I-130 form i accidentally put my mom last name that is must supposed to be her maiden name..My mom and dad didn't get married because dad passed away when they were about to get married.My question is,Since i was also late registered and in my Birth certificate stated in her maiden name N/A which is not applicable.I am actually so confused now if it is good to put her maiden name now to my Ds-230 since i knew her maiden name already because we both have now contact or i might better follow my birth certificate which is her maiden name N/A?..please help me..thanks!
