Actually youre not on RFE, what thyere asking you are other evidences that you qualify for the expedite youre asking for. You used the medical issues for your case to be expedited right? you sent them medical records but they asked for some more documents, theyre not satisfied with the docs you sent them..

An american Citizen acknowledged a son of his fiancee when he was born, can this son be petitioned as a legal son of the american under the Family code of the Phils. he is a legal son. Can this son use the Child Citizenship Act of 2000 in the US?

Before getting married, a USC acknowledged his fiancee's son by having the son carry his surname. After marriage the woman wants to get her son in the Philippines. Is he entitled to a CR2 visa? is there any link that will help her file and process the petition? thanks to all.

in the Philippines, many of those interviewed since 2012 were asked to present their petitioner's income tax return for 2011..i just dont know if that holds true in Canada.

Look over all the steps in the process. The I-129F approval is just the first step. In a lot of states in the US a religious wedding is legally binding, whether or not you get a license and a certificate. They won't approve expedite based on losing deposits, but you can try. Other people have tried in the past and failed. You shouldn't make any plans until the visa is in hand.
my fiance lives in California and he sent his petition directly to CSC. its been approved. it took us 4 months and 20 days to have it approved.

The most important thing is that she ARRIVES BEFORE turning 21. One day before will work. I hope for the best for you.
thank you very much..we just called the NVC for a follow up of the Manila case number so we could start our medical and interview in Manila. So we told them of our situation, the agent told my fiance that if she gets 21 before interview, i could personally make an appeal at the USEm in Manila for reconsideration . Do you think i will have a chance of getting here over to the US even if she's already 21 when i make that appeal?

it was in this forum where i learned that i could request for an expedite due to K2 aged out. And 5 days after my fiance requested an expedite we were approved Jan 26, 2012. Now i've sent a letter to the NVC to release my manila case number so we could beat my daughter's 21st bday. thanks a lot..though i know were working against time we are still positive about it.

An American friend at the church met a Canadian online. Now he's interested to marry her. Will she also undergo the same process of filing K1 to the CSC? which is less expensive, marrying her and file CR1 or have her under the I129F petition?

thank you very much though im really disappointed with my daughter's situation, my fiance will try to call the CSC on tuesday to at least try if something could be done to be able to beat up her 21st bday... can he ask for a county's representative to help him to ask for an expedite? he already sent an expedite letter in October base on Humanitarian consideration but it was turned down. will it be okey to call them again?

my fiance filed his K1/K2 visa in September 2011. That time one of my daughter is 20 years old. As we read in some sites about visa, my K2 is still qualified to go with us (we are three) to the US even if she reaches 21 years old by the time we have our visa approved. We are waiting for our NOA2, it will be 5 months on Feb.8 and my daughter is turning 21 on Feb. 21. any comment please? can she still join us even if we go to US in April of 2012?

our NOA2 is dated sept 8, 2011 and until now no news of it...hope it will come soon..
