IVE READ, TO WRITE ON THE BACK OF THE PICTURES DATE, PLACE AND PEOPLE IN IT.

BUT...DO I PUT THEM IN A BAG??? SO THEY WONT BE SCATTERED

ORRRRR..

SHOULD I PRINT THEM OUT FROM A COMPUTER WITH A DISCRIPTION UNDER EACH PICTURE..I WAS THINKING A COUPLE PICTURES ON EACH SHEET.?

AND WHERE IN THE PACKAGE DO I INSTERT??

BUT HE JUST RECENTLY WAS UNEMPLOYED.

WHAT DO I DO ? DO I SEND IT LIKE THAT OR DO I REFILL IT OUT, AND HAVE HIM RESIGN ?

Ive gotten extremly sidetracted, and havent send in my 129, i know i know...=[ , but im back on the ball and am going to send it in ASAP! i need my Love here with me =[... any changes or updates that have happened that i should know about ??

You COULD scan them, then upload them to this site: http://www.epassportphoto.com/ and it can help it resize to normal. I would try that first.

I used that site for my Aussie passport pics, my US AOS stuff (didn't know about it for the K1 stuff) and I had no issues. LOVE it. Did my brothers for his Aussie passport as well

Oh, and I forgot to mention, CHEAP as it's free to use the site, then I printed them at Wal-mart for 19c per 5 passport photos.

Yes, passport photos in Mexico are smaller than US sized. They would need to be approx. 5cm x 5cm. I would try what the above poster said first. It might work out and cost a lot less than having him take more and mailing them to you. If they still turn out too blurry looking from resizing, he could ask a photographer to take some 5cm x 5cm, scan them and email them to you to get printed out.

yeah i'm worried about this too.

my fiance sent me his and he said "well i bought all the options they offered to me as 'passport photos'" .. but none of them were the exact size. i know this probably isn't helpful but i know how you feel

You need the one that shows parents name and where you were born, do not send the original, send a copy of it.

You have a lot of good info. Do you have calling records to show on going relationship records. Maybe next time you go to Meico have them stamo your passport. If they haven't already done so .

mmmm well i went to mexico last weekend that when i got the letter of intent and g25A signed

i didnt get my passpost spamped but, i did save the reciepts from the boarder fees and hwy tolls we pay

If you have prepared it already, I believe that it is nice to have the cover letter with any specialized detailed signed by both of you. It is true that it is the USC petitioner submitting the application and really only I had to sign off on it, but I had my fiance sign the cover letter we wrote that respectfully addressed/explained his extended full latino name and his variations of mailing address as we did not know if they would be needing spanish street addresses or english street addresses......

i have copies of my birth cirtificate and passpost

recipts from toll ways that we got on the last time i traveled to mexico

copy of Mexican Permit

letter of intent (from both of us)

a seprate sheet explaing our relationship and that we have met in the past 2yrs (Q18)

anything else?? any sugestions ?????

No question is a dumb question. USCIS wants you to list his current address in those fields.

but "your fiance address abroad"

does that mean is current Mexico Address, or where he'll be living in the US

Before 2009. You would send it to 1 of 2 places. Now everyone sends it to 1 place Dallas and from their they sort it out to somewhere else. You cannot be sure which place you will get. So just omit the USCIS address from the top of the letter as you are not sure if it will go to VSC or CSC.

Yep the example one is out of date, it used to be correct because you sent it to 1 of 2 places but they dont do that anymore and everyone sends it to the Dallas lockbox which then sorts out the petitions between 2 places.

Just omit the address on it.

No because where you send the package is a sorting center its not going to be the place that works on your packet.

You do not need an address on the cover letter.
