    Hello guys!I'm a new user here...I have few questions regarding the K-1 visa...My main concern is,Does the long period of relationship does matter for the visa to be approve?We started getting to know each other on october 2010,met in person jan 12, then he filed the Fiancee Visa petition Feb 05,does it really matter?? though we have a bona fide relationship?Guys please help!!

      i dont think so as long as you have met and can prove that you have a real relationship.

      It doesn't matter as long as you can prove you have a bonafide relationship. I met Patty May 2010, saw her in person Oct 2010, filed K-1 petition Apr 2011, Interview Aug 16 2011. I will be there for the interview.
