This is probably a dumb question but I have to ask. It is $505 for filing fee and $85 for Bio fee. So do I send all of this in one check for $590 or two separate checks???? If I do send it in 2 checks do they both go to the same location?

When I am filling out my wife's I-751. I get down to the section to list children. I go and list her son which still lives in Ukraine. When I go to the drop box for which country and select Ukraine I am getting a error. Is anyone else have this problem? This is the newest version for I-751 which there isn't even a sample of it on here.

Ok filing the I-751 for my wife. She has a son in Ukraine that is 23 years old in Ukraine. Do we need to list him on the I-751? He does not has his green card or anything.. We filed for his immigration 1 1/2 years ago. I guess I just don't know if we need to list him on the I-751. Do we?????

Ok I need some help here if possible!! The wife and I got married July 9th and now we need to start the next step of Adjustmen of Status and I dont think I need to be paying a lawyer to do this for me. What do I need to do to get this done, I have been doing the Google thing and have found this web site and I think I have all the correct forms, but this is important and want to make sure. Can anyone help me with this and does anyone have any pointer?? I know when we went thru Passport control they kept all her documents along with her I 693, so does she have to do this again or will they already have a copy?? Any help or some pointers on any of this pros would be great!!!

Working away from home
in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion

Good morning everyone!!
Ok need some thoughts from everyone. This is the deal. Me and my beautiful wife are getting ready to file the I-751 and all supporting documentation. We have affidavits, life insurance policies, 2 years worth of tax returns, joint bank account statements, and some other evidence alone with photos and such. BUT yes and there always a but. I got laid off last year, so I went back to work abroad as a government contractor. This is what I was doing when I met my wife. So right at the moment I am sitting in Afghanistan working. Well I have all documents done signed and will be sending them off to the lockbox. What do you think will happen if we get called in for a interview? Unless I can reschedule it for when I will be home she will have to go at it alone. You all think this would be a problem? Just looking for some thoughts on my scenario. Thanks again!!!
