Thanks both for your answers! All sites pointed to applying online. We applied online and submitted all documents, now they answered saying they need proof of my parents' documents of residency in the US .
This is strange because we never claimed them to be US Resident (if he was why even ask for a visitor visa?). In the main form there are a few address sections and here's how we filled them:
1. The "Current country of residence": Their address in Colombia
2. Previous Countries of Residence: None
3. Country where applying: a US Address
4. Current Mailing address: a US Address
5. Residential Address: Their address in Colombia
So we submitted the I94 instead.
Any hints? where did we go wrong? Much appreciated.

Hello,
My Colombian parents are currently in the US as valid tourists for 6 months. They wish to visit Canada and want to apply for a Visa. Do they need to return to their home country to apply for a visa or can they apply directly from the USA? They aren't US residents, they are US Tourists right now under a B2 Status and have a valid I94 each.

Once I become a US Citizen, I wish to petition for my sister. She is already in the US studying, and plans to remain in the US under her current F1 for two years until she finishes her Masters. When she leaves the US, she'd like to come back and visit as a tourist. Can she apply for a tourist visa? and even more, if she wants to come study again for a few years while her 14-year petition process is waiting, can she apply for another student noninmigrant visa?
TL,DR: Can petitioned sibling beneficiaries apply for nonimigrant visas while waiting?

you can get divorced, and when you file for removal of conditions, just file with the waiver option checked. make sure you document all evidence possible that it was a real marriage, and the circumstances of why it ended so soon. be prepared to answer questions in an interview if they call you on one.

I just got my IV CR1 visa today and in the Annotation field it says MEDS: CLASS B.
Does anyone know what this means? I'm afraid I might have Tuberculosus Class B or something like that...

I-485 biometrics: Fingerprints are too weak, will that delay Advanced Parole document?
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

My spouse's I-485 Fingerprint collection was too blurry for the FBI, and just got a letter for a second attempt at biometrics will that delay Advanced Parole document? I understand it's processed separately from the I485.
We don't care too much if the greencard gets delayed, or if the work permit gets delayed, we care mostly about the travel document so she can go visit family overseas.
