has there been anyone that has went to the interview which had a ban and did not have to do any waivers??? if have been denied but given the opportunity to do a waiver, how long until u recieved the second interview? Is better to take the waivers completed and ready to be given at the time for the first interview?? does anyone know how that works???

when filling out the ds-260 it says in the email everything is electronic do i mail in the civil documents or do i email them????? if someone could please give me the answer would greatly appreciate it

for the supportng documents so i need to mail them in or do i email them in? on the start process it says to mail in but earlier it states that if we mail anything in it will delay the nvc process if you can answer that question for me since you already did ur ep i would greatly appreciate it. or if anyone else has done theres by electronic processing i would greatly appreciate a response im trying to do my ds-260 form right now so i can send it already

thank you for the fast response, im doing online submission so i dont mail anything.... can you tell me for the police certificate is that a background check, criminal check?? would he need that for state of florida which he prev lived or for mexico where he is currently located or both?? or am i totally wrong about the police certificate.....

i want to start the ds-260 but before i start i want to make sure i have all info i need for it, researching it doesnt tell me i need to summit anything else with it ex. additional documentation... does anybody know will i need anything with it? cover sheet that i will have to download or anything?? any info sure will be appreciated....

my husband was deported by ice within a wk. we didnt know he was in deportable status until he went to renew his perm resident card. we were in the process of getting his papers fixed once we found out, then ice came along and put him in jail and deported within that wk. since being deported we had his charge vacated by the judge. and are filling i864 and ds 230 with the visa dept. hope that helps any.

i am filling out the visa ds 230 and the i864 while filling out the forms and trying to get the doc ready that are needed i see if you have been deported u need a i-212 application for permission to reapply for admission. does anyone know that i would have to do this form as well??

and where they ask for a police certificate is that a criminal background check? and i can get that from any police dept right??

my case was recently accepted at the visa dept. i am filling out the affidavit of support and need info and would greatly appreciate any advice that can assist me. i have a co-sponsor that can file, but if he owes the irs money would it be denied? and if i go with someone else does there income need to support my family plus theres or just there family plus my husband? thank you!
