Hi NevermindVz, I have to wait until my PD be current to file adjustment of Status because I am a grandfather of section 245i which I have an immigration petition filed in 1996. I don't have to file those forms(DS3032, affidavit of support, etc.) as opposed to others who do their case through consular processing.

The law allows only certain numbers of visa in each category per year. October is the beginning of new fiscal year so we hope the cutoff dates starts to advance.

Hi Griselita, you have to look at the latest visa bulletin which is September. They are working on those cases before 01MAY04. FB1 people on different forums whom I have talked to expecting the cutoff dates of next month, October visa bulletin will start moving.
