If you are married, you need to bring CEMAR - Certificate of Marriage and that is different from Marriage Contract. You can get it from NSO. Only K1 visa applicants needs CENOMAR.

yup, wala naman sasabihin sa yo ang Immigration sa POE mo, before ang process ay bibigyan ka ng yellow form pagdating sa POE and nakalagay dun to contact Public Health Center. Pero recently based sa mga nag undergo din ng sputum, they did not get any form from POE but instead they receive call from Public Health Center.

@Ekto, you will get a call from Public Health Office in your area once they are here already.

May ganyan ding remarks yung VISA ko, kasi I underwent sputum exam dun sa St. Lukes sa medical ko, kaso 2 months na kami dito sa Aug 3, up to now hinde pa ko nakakareceive ng call or any mail from Public Health Center.

Mga kabayan na nag sputum sa St. Lukes, ilang weeks or months before you received call from Public Health Center, I still haven't got a notice up to now, what will I do?

i got interview april 23 embassy told me im approved then told just wait my visa in 14days then 17days i wait us embassy email i need return again in us embassy for finger scanning then i go may 14 then told me need process tht just wait delivery my visa in home.but make me wonder why take so long already 37days now..im worry so much mabye im denied pls give me idea

Did they give you reason why you need to go back for finger scanning, any other documents they ask from you after the interview?

Just an update! I went to St. Luke's earlier today for my scheduled appointment. The sputum culture was NEGATIVE! What a relief! Went ahead for my immunization and preceded with the releasing (sobrang tagal!).. Anyways, thank you for your prayers. They have rescheduled my interview on June 13 (which they said the earliest possible) which I think is appropriate for my schedule in order to get the necessary documents on hand for the interview.

yes, I asked the lady for the results and she told me that they cannot disclose it on the phone. this is keeping me worried...

I see. Usually they will tell you the result, but if your sputum is positive they will ask you to report on Friday and not on Monday. Anyway, just pray pray and pray harder it works. I will pray for you too. God bless!

Opppsssss I remember, I got the same email from US EM when they deliver our visa. You can try calling to go, online tracking is not updated, I keep getting invalid transaction even after we received our visa :-)

I got my interview last May 7 and recieved white sheet paper 221g and sent to the USEM additional documents on May 8,we are k1 and k2 visa w/ my son,they kept our passport and yesterday i recieved email and txt from USEM and this is what it says from email "Your document has been collected from the US Embassy. The document will be delivered to the location that you selected for passport delivery/pickup during the scheduling of your appointment."

i just want to ask what is that mean?didnt say with visa are we gonna have visas?and i checked my case number via 2go website but it says invalid...just confused

I believe that they are referring to your Visa. They simple state that they already received the documents needed and they will print your visa and deliver it to the address you stated when you schedule your interview appointment.

Yes, I will pray that it's negative. By the way, did you ask them what was the result? I remember when I called them last April I ask them what is the result.

Now I am anxious after calling for my Sputum culture results. I am due to call them on May 28 but decided to call them today (May 24) which is four days earlier and told me that I can come back on the 28th with my passport. They did not say if I was negative or what..

Same here, he got an appointment for 6:30, we arrived in US Embassy at 5:45, go in line, and were able to get inside after 10 mins. No need to be there at 2am. You can tell your fiancee to sleep and get enough rest.

Btw, if u want to stop worrying about the result i have a tip for you. Start calling them on the 7th week. if u dont have result by then, call them everyday til it reaches your 8th week. On the 8th week u will know if there is a result already and it will take only a day for them to process it.

If they say on the 8th week u have a result but they are still processing it, call the following day for sure it's negative!

Yes, I agree! Start calling them earlier if they say no result yet, that only means you are negative. Then keep calling everyday.

Just an update:

I called today at SLEC (4 days before their given date to call them), i talked to Jon and he said my sputum culture is negative! and he scheduled me to get my medical clearance on Monday (May 14). I called USEM to get an appointment for interview and as of today the earliest is May 21. And i'm due to give birth on May 23! I hope my baby will not come out earlier! Thank you Lord!

We were also interviewed last April 27. Today around 4pm our visa was delivered. I am from Bulacan anyways. Im sure you will have your tomorrow or on Monday.

and yes, you are definitely correct, it pays to be vigilant with your documents,

don't be complacent, be sure that you have all the copies, original and photocopies,

as well as be sure that all documents are updated,...

Oh, one tip on the CFO seminar, be there on tuesdays onwards to thursdays,

grabe ang dami ng tao every mondays and fridays, be there a bit early too,
