I would just ask them at the airport since he is married over 2 years can they give him the IR1. And make sure that when his greencard comes it is a IR1 or go to an infopass appt to fix it. If he will stay in his country for a month then i might send it back to the embassy to have them fix it and then no worries later.

My husband got this email from the embassy.I dont mind they are asking for that information but they remember to send him email now.....we just hit 5month mark yesterday... i think they were not working on our case because till i send in request a help from the senator on the 22th feb, and they send him the email on the 24th feb. i hope you don't go through this.

Yea i know im in the end of journey but this part is hardest part....But i know im really lucky im all most done with it... you also Good Luck with everything..

I think the hardest part is just not knowing how long so each day you hope to hear and when you don't it hurts a little bit. Keep your chin up and keep your faith!

the officer who took my husband interview he ask him when would you like to get your visa and he told him it up to you guys to give me the visa so he told him it will take 2-3month.

still in AP. did u try calling consulate if so wat did they say?????

yea im still in AP. i haven't call them yet....if i don't hear anything from them in this month then i will call them ask them what going on.
