I was now advised by base legal to write a letter to the congressman about this matter. And they even told me it could go farther than that if i wanted too.

I dont get how fiance is faster than a spouse/kid visa processing its dumb!

NVC folks quit the attitude to a customer petitioner!!!!!!!!!

Yes they freakin suck!!!! And very slow on reviewing stuff ive completed everything since april and hear nothing the whole month of may.. Send documents again in june and they just finalized it july now still waiting for an interview schedule and i was given september the only time to go on leave because of pre deployment trainings to afghan. I was given a bad attitude too by an operator for asking what is going on and its taking more than a year now. ####### employees of NVC.

Well talked to a supervisor saying that my beneficiaries documents are completed and finalized and their just waiting for an interview in august.. Now just gave them a call and their telling me that it didnt make it for august and we have to wait again.. And my expedite request was denied by US Embassy PH.. Well being in the military and about to be deploying again is hard enough and i just want to be with my wife and son to spend more time with them.. I was given a time on september to pick them up but the interview is not scheduled yet. Right now i am so pissed to every NVC and US Embassy employees for giving me such a hard time. I deserve to be with my family for what i have done serving in the military and being deployed in the combat zone. NVC employees should try to go over there and not knowing if they will ever go back alive or completely with limbs. Have some respect for those who serve in the military and for what we do.
