No, I have not receive yet my GC. It was returned to USCIS as undeliverable. Oh my!!! I changed my address online and confirmed but seem its not the system yet.... UGH!

Ok, so I have been waiting for real GC now. The USCIS site says, since 23rd April, the USPS have already received the card, why it takes so long? Ugh!

If it will be held in Cebu (CFO) then, I am not really sure of their schedule. Why don't you contact them thru phone and ask their schedule. But I am sure that they work during M-F, starts at 8AM. Before or during the seminar, they will provide you the required forms to fill out. Just prepare for passport copy, birth Cert & CENOMAR & the fees of course.

hahaha! yes monitor online and call if somehow, past the timeline. Although mine is already updated to "post decision activity" for my I131 and "card production" on my I765, I still check every now and then hahaha! my Interview will be held at Seattle.

Yes, positive! You've got to monitor it though. Coz there are some cases that it may be backlog, just like the other member. What state r u?

I have read your profile and you said that yours is transferred to CSC? Wow, there's 99% that you will not have an interview at all! Goodluck! No EAD yet though I received an email saying my card is in production! Yay, at least its moving ;-) Hope you'll receive it soon!
