yea Ana I know.. we are at the point of signing an agreement and she included that in the agreement for her to stay here til march.. she is now saying she won't sign unless he agrees to that otherwise she will sue him for pension once again and demand that amount. but the baby is not even there yet and shes worried about that..

What your husband can do is see if he can counter sue for her not paying and not providing financial assistance for her daughter while she is in his care. Also, if you have information in writing that she says that she wont sign for child to stay if he does not increase the child support, then he can have this as been blackmail.

Make a list of the expenses for her care, such as purchase of clothing, hospital payment (she has no insurance), child care if any. Any other thing. People will say this is his responsibility and that is correct, but this way a judge could say that he has been paying for all and she has not even once ask if anything is needed. She does not know your financial situation and she is assuming that you guys are able to give, give give. Girl I will keep you in my prayers

Yea we got an RFE on the medical. For some reason the medical from DR was incomplete for her so we took it to a civil surgeon here. They redid the form for us for like $25. GC sent 2 weeks after sending in the medical form.

Hopefully it goes by fast!

Fernandez, my Husband came entered the US on October 26, I think his visa was issued October 10 or so. My question is how long does a K2 take once I send in the papers? I want his son to get here right before it expires. What do you advise?

Lisa he loves it bc after a year of being here, he's realized that he needs to learn English after struggling through everything.. So all of the struggles have motivated him to learn and put effort into it..

and the thing is that my hubby watches all the Spanish & dominican channels!! lol so that's not helping him!! lol

omg that's insane. they do that all the time wishing him the best of luck next time. I will call before he takes it If I were you and go to a motor vehicle exam place where they have spanish speaking rep just to be on the safe side.

Yeah that's a good idea! So frustrating!! We've been practicing and I even drew a map of what the test would look like so hopefully it helps
