I am a Canadian, and my boyfriend is American. We have met 3 times in 2010 and once in 2011. In 2011 i decided to take a vacation for 2 and a half months to go visit him in the United States. We fell deeper and deeper in loveand got engaged. So i returned here to Canada so we can start the long long process of getting everything legal. Hoping it doesn't take as long as some people say it does! We have plenty of documents and photo's and information to add to all the forms. I can't see having any problems with the whole process, except the waiting time.... patience!! But in the end, this will all be worth it !!!
yeah ive read all those posts, and everyone says a different thing. its way too confusing. Ive never had a stamp in my passport or needed a visa to travel to see Ryan... and they always compare to visa travelers. which is obviously not me.
lol yeah it can be confusing. i think you should be ok. if they ask about the I-129F just tell them that you have gone the legal route and if you was planning on staying there then you wouldnt of filed it
yup already planned on doing that. already have the whole speech in case something does pop up hehe... and for all i know. might even go threw without a hitch. that would be nice
