no he came CR1 when he came it was date of entry dec 4.. that's why im confused.. but someone said it had to be before that date.. so I think im good. I don't wanna worry bout anything or worry bout something going wrong..

and his 2 yr soon come up. that's why we had to do the ROC. before the 4th of dec.

ok can you explain why they would send it back? I didn't talk to anyone about this paper work, I just read what they sent to me and put the packet together me and him. and they will take the 590.00 I sent and just send back the packet? that doesn't make sense to me. I mean I did it within the 90 days correct? have to do it before he entered the us?

how long does it usually take to get the NOA2 for this? I just hoped I put everything in the packet.. I Just mailed it today for overnight but will get there on dec 2..his date coming up is dec4. so hopefully I did it all correctly.

you can open it so that way you can copy it for your records... ur husband should of gotten two a dem so he can take one to the embassy as well.. it doesnt have to be signed either, they will have him sign it when he goes for this interview. just make sure his pic is on there etc.hope this helps.. good luck!!

plz don't worry urself! we got a blue slip first time. we had to email stuff back and he gotvapproved.just do what they ask and everything will be ok. this is just a stepback. but hell soon be here. just make sure you give them what they want.the fast they have all docs the faster they will give him another date.they wont call him they will reply back inna email that u sent. plz don't worry to much. its goin to be ok.

I Jus asked how long it usually takes for ppl to get visa. And told them DHL said Tues and when he called it wasent ready yet and to call on that wed. So they replied n said his package was sent with his passport to DHL and he needs to contact them So he can get it. Basically.

It suppose to have the medical, documents sent to the embassy from nvc, original birth and marriage certificate, and other immigration related paperwork.

The brown letter she mentioned is the "do not open" packet he'll get when he picks up his passport.

That is great news. He just needs his passport and his unopened brown envelope. They will have him complete two customs forms - one blue, one white on the plane.

i know most times they dont look at the mail right away. it usually does not take 2 wks for them to look at it, but it can. you have to be patient, i know its very hard, but its the only thing you can do at this point. try to call next week to see if they have anything yet. everything will be ok.
