Hi, I got email today, March 17 that petition was approved on March 15. I am waiting for information by mail.

The USCIS website states my case was last updated 2/9/2012 but I am not sure what that means. I did not receive email nor did I receive text message stating any action had been taken. So, I continue to wait for notification. I will keep you posted.

I sent evidence 1/19/2012 and received text message they received it 1/20/2012

I am still collecting information. I am doing the work myself and hope to sent it out by Monday, January 9, 2012.

I am also thinking of sending affidavits from my mother, whose home we have stayed in while I have been in Colombia and another one from a close friend who is aware of my frequent trips to Colombia to see my fiance

the RFE was for proof of having met within the 2 years prior to submitting petition - I sent copies of pictures I had downloaded from Facebook - but I guess that was not enough - also I sent photocopy of my complete USA passport - but - USA passport only indicates when you entered USA it does not indicate where you were - I will send in Colombian Passport photocopied - with few boarding passes
