Hello,

Next tuesday is my wife US Naturalization Test (Civic, Reading, Writing). A girl on fb failed and now she is nervous. She has been studying all 100 questions for 4 days straight. She set-up index cards for all questions. She has been using the audio CD in car. She is familiar with information on N-400. I saw on website that 91% pass this test. Anything else she can do to prepare and feel confident?

We have almost completed our forms. The question we have is does the middle name effect things? Recently married female's name has changed.

Here is an example of pre-marriage name that shows on Passport, visa, etc.

Last name, first name, middle name

Chang, Van, Thi Hong

After marriage:

Smith, Van

Question is: can newly married person fill out current paper work with new married name of Smith, Van or is she required to keep middle name...so currently married name would be Chang, Van, Thi Hong?

Does this form need to be filled out by both (petitioner and Alien relative)? I am assuming version A is sufficient. Thanks

My wife and I have been contacted by person in Vietnam to help set up a business. She would handle affairs in Vietnam while we handle things here in USA. We are looking to become agents but I have not found much information on qualifications to become an agent. The person in Vietnam is currently working for company who gets students from Vietnam to USA via student visa as she is familiar with the process but has reached point of wanting to start her own business. We also have same questions as OP. We are going to file I-131, I-485, I-130 and I-765 at the same time. Is the fee waived for I-131 if filed with other listed forms. Thanks for any info,
