Well, after weeks of not responding I emailed them again yesterday asking them to PLEASE let me know what is going on. They sent me an email stating that they are in receipt of the electronic file from the NVC. Our case has been there since March. The then tell me that they are backlogged and expect to hear from them within in the next couple of months. Im so sad

Hey girl, sorry for the late reply. I been busy working and taking finals. We are actually at that point right now. I will fill out the form and email to my fiance so he can print it out to use it as a guide to fill out the form online to submit and send online. If he has computer problems then i will just have him sign it and take it up to the Embassy.

The Embassy contacted me and asked for my fiance' informatin. For some reason they said they didnt have it. This was approx. two months after my NOA2. You can have a co-sponsor. I have one too!

I forgot to mention that your petition will now be sent to the NVC and they will look over your petition and send it to the Embassy in Kabul. NVC will contact you and let you know when they send your petition forward.

Anyways, I asked the embassy some questions and they emailed me today saying that all the interview slots for May are filled and they will contact my fianace' directly for a interview date. Inshallah in June. They were very nice though. Add me on facebook if you want, so it will be easier for us to talk.

Hey, sorry it took me so long to respond. After you get your NOA2 then send a complete copy of your packet to your fiance', along with a new fiance' letter of intent.(to show you still want to get married) Also, send him your Affidavit of support. Hey, sorry I've been MIA these past couple weeks. I have been super busy. Im not able to mail in my packet yet. Im waiting for my fiance passport photo in the mail. Should be a couple more weeks before I can send mine in. This will be a long road for both of us. Hope we an share our journey together. Talk to you soon. -Danielle
