Same here. My AOS has been on "Acceptance" phase for about 62 days now. I haven't heard from them though I got my noa1 a week after submitting AOS application though.

can anyone tell me how to contact USCIS. My friend who also filed k1 petition has been waiting for more than 5months. They will be on their 6th month by Feb 3. I would like to help her out by giving the right info to contact USCIS.

On January 9, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 .

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

151 = 5 months and 1 day today and have not received anything....No NOA2 anywhere.... I don't know what to do. My fiancee cant wait anymore, she left her job. her school and everything else, we just argued over waiting a little bit more, but she doesn't understand, i feel bad. Any advise anyone...???

If it's over 5 months, better to call your congressman and see if they can speed up the process a lil bit faster. Calling the USCIS hotline will not help since they have like 14 list of answers to all sorts of inquiries asked from them, so it's useless.

Ok, december 16 we got RFE letter via mail.. now officially, they updated the USCIS website and it says:

"Request for Evidence Response Review"

On December 21, 2011, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you.

So you didn't get an RFE in the mail? But you know they want the divorce decree? That notice of action is telling you that they need that divorce decree in order to move forward. If you haven't already, get this in quickly because it will just delay the processing. Don't trust the website because it is rarely accurate. My updates were never there but I did receive the email notifications. Although I never received a Notice of Action of RFE....these things probably do not apply to the update via text/email.

Just finding it weird because we got the Notice Mail, but we didn't get any email notification or text that an RFE hardcopy will be coming by mail. BTW, I wonder how an RFE looks like. We got an Action of Notice exactly on our 4th month of waiting and asking for my fiance's first divorce decree, but he didn't see it's an RFE. He didn't also get a notification email or text messages saying an RFE will be coming by mail. Neither the USCIS website says we're still on initial review.

Yeah, it's taking forever. Well, the waiting process for Noa2 is very unpredictable. Some may be able to get theirs early and some don't. ) How I wish I could get mine soon. Anyone from the Philippines? I would love to hear from you? I'm glad i was able to bind some august filers here! I keep reading each and every post of everybody. Keep us posted! Yay.. we got the hardcopy yesterday Aug. 21st:) Thank god!

Grr.. my papers were sent back today because my petitioner(finace) signed the NTO slot. But everything else is doing great except that he signed something that's not supposed to be signed. Anyways, they enclosed a page saying it's should be given priority since it was sent back to us.

we sent our by mail at Dallas,TX exactly August 1 and it got there by August 3rd. We haven't heard of anything from them yet. I wanna know what happens next. Hope anyone can give me an info about the process.

We're going to file this coming August and the latest G-325a is also expired. The latest form posted is June 30, 2011. I saw from other sites that we can still use this form and they usually update the g325-a every year:))
