Hi. I came to this country illegaly in 1988 at the age of 6, My stepfather (a us citizen) filed an I-130 for me and my mother in 1999, I went to the interview in MX but my mothers petiton was denied, I came back to the US without inspection . In 2009 I married a US citizen, we have a 7 year old son. My husband filed a i-130 and a I-485 for me in December of 09. We paid a 1,000 fine for my first entry.
