@Richelle_Joe: I just kept on calling NVC until I got my new case number for London. Once we had that, he got his Police Report. After receiving that, he scheduled his medical. He also gave the embassy a call and found out our case was logged into the system. He completed the "packet 3" forms and has sent those in too. Now we wait...

I was very lucky to get my NOA2 on Sept 8th. Of course, now I'm waiting to get our new case number from the NVC. You'll get yours soon!!! Good luck!!!
