  That is NVC's standard reply message. If you want to get more information. Call NVC and inquiry about your inquiry.
  
  When you call you alway request to speak with a tier 2 rep. They will have a little more detail and access to your case.

need help.... my fiance got his Notice of action on feb, 22, do i have that too soon? or they will send me for how many months it will arrive or they send me ?thnak you

  Your and your fiance are at the beginning stage of your filing. The first stage only involves your fiance. He will receive NOA1 notice. The NOA1 is just a notification that USCIS has received your petition and cash the check or money order. Now comes the wait... Your fiance will receive NOA2 notification letter of approval in 5 - 6.5 months.
  
  After the NOA2 your fiance will wait for the petition to be forwarded to NVC for review and MNL #. The MNL # is for you...
