What link?? The only link I see is the one to sign a document for selective service. I clicked it open...

I had the same issue, when your completed your application it gives you a box to check saying you agree to the conditions and blah blah blah, well right there is a link, you have to open the link and that shows you read the rules and stuff then you can click submit. it took me a while to figure that out, i hope it helps!

So my fiancee and I are having a hard time completing this form online. She has it all filled out but when we try to click on "submit" to submit the form, the website doesn't do anything. Like if we had never clicked on submit at all. Is anyone else having this issue?? This is the 4th time we tried submitting this form for the past three weeks...

Quick question, I (the petitioner) got a letter from NVC which looks like its packet 3 but my fiancee hasn't gotten anything yet. It's been over a month since I got the letter... should I be worried?? I read somewhere that I would need the packet for the interview, my question is can we use the one that I received or will need to wiat for her to receive her copy?? IS her copy the same as mine or was mine just a summary printout??

Just a quick question... I filed for a K1 visa back in Sept and I'm still waiting for my NOA2. According to my timeline, it says that I should be getting it in the first two weeks of Feb, which I plan on moving/switching jobs around that time. My question is will it affect my fiance's chances of getting approved for the visa if i start a new job at this point of the process or would it not even matter just as long as my income is above the 125% rule??

I don't understand the long wait tho... I mean how hard is it to do a background check and check for all the requirements that they ask for??? What's the huge hold up?? That shouldn't take anywhere close to half a year...

lol I have checked it twice, once before work and once after work today. It's going to drive me insane!!!!! Now I'm just thinking, did I give enough evidence of meeting, maybe I should've wrote more about meeting, etc. Augh. Damn.
