.... he flies home today!!! Just found out his POE is Aruba...had no idea...little worried but it should all go well!!! He's Coming home!!! -
Finally has his visa/ passport
he's coming home the Dec 27th hit a bump on the road but now back on track!!! -
So sad he has not received his passport yet and missed his flight for today

Oh nooo...I'm so sorry. We just made our flight yesterday. Call the Guayaquil consulate at (04) 232 3570. Tell them that its urgent that you travel and that you were told that he could pick up hsi passport directly. Ask them to put his name on a list so he can get through security. Bring a letter from both you AND him stating why you need the passport (flight plans), and bring a copy of your itinerary from the airline. Your passport is in a box right now in the Consulate--my fiance saw th...

and its totally not your fault. We were told within 10 days we'd have the passports and they're just lazy bastards. there is one woman who we've spoken wiht at the Consulate who is AWFUL. She's a Guayaquilena woman who speaks decent English--if you get someone who is completely rude to you, it's probably her. Just stand your ground and TELL them when you're going to the Consulate to pick it up (if you want to do that)

Hey Maria, That´s exciting news!!! let me know if he got approved...they told us right there on the spot we got approved today was an amazing day...seriously it was sooo wonderful to hear the woman tell us we have been approved..andres was in shock and had a delay in his reaction but it was great!!! in 10 days or less he gets his visa andis coming home ;D

I'm just press for time work is a little stressful they will permit me to travel but it has to be within the first 2 weeks of november so Im kinda anxious and really would like to be there for the interview but I finally finished getting everything ready and just incase he has to go alone I sent him our packet hopefully all goes well

yes Im def. have plans to go just have to let my company know asap ... o wow im so happy everything went well at your end, that's very responsible of him ... Should I contact them today via email or should I wait another day andres made his appt for the medical and I really need to setup an appt for the interview right away because of work. Any suggestions??

Everything is ok we are just waiting for the new Manila case number a little frustrated we are not moving along quicker I know I shouldn't be but we are but just have to be patient

So now its been 14 days or 7 business days have passed and still waiting for our new manilla number ... they adviced me to wait until 10/19 for a new number I'm too anxious and excited will back again tomorrow

the same thing seems to be happening to me I was approved last thursday but on the phone the keep telling me that I should wait 2 weeks and this monday is a holiday so I'm hoping I get a number tomorrow

How often did you call the NVC center before you got your number? Should I be calling everyday after waiting 5 business days??? I know I'm impatient but more just super excited
