4...Is it possible to save time, by sending the application with her not signed, then during the interview the embassy/consulate will have her sign it there?

I am preparing all the paperwork to start the I-130 application for my wife. We will get CR-1. But my research for the steps is showing outdated information (example: G-325a had four pages, but now only one page). So I am very confused.

USCIS Instructions for Form I-130, USCIS ask "A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information for you and a Form G-325A for your husband or wife." I see they ask for mine to be completed and signed, but they not say that my wife needs to sign hers.

1...My wife is in UAE now, I am in America now. Do I need my wife to mail me a G-325a with her signature? If not, do I sign "Signature of applicant"?

2...Do I send a G-325a of myself and a G-325a of my wife?

3...How many copies?

1...After beginning of marriage 4 weeks ago, my Ethiopian wife returned to UAE with a new work visa for 3 years for single entry only. She has worked in UAE past 8 years to help her family (mother, father, brothers, sisters) in Ethiopia, and plans to work in UAE until interview. But if she leaves UAE to get Ethiopian papers (birth certificate, police report, marriage evidence), then her visa will become cancelled. Any advice?

2...Ethiopia uses a different address system than USA (Ethiopian addresses use "kifle ketema" and "kebele"). Any ideas for how to write Ethiopian address on I-130?

3...Can our case's folder/package be sent to the embassy/consulate and wait there for my wife to get?

Hello and thanks to all in this website, supporting eachother and helping eachother while themselves.

I am United States citizen, my wife is Ethiopian. Our relationship is 2 years old, our age now is (me) 23, and 22 (she), age difference about 9 months. 1 week ago we married in Ethiopia. I returned to US 3 days ago, and 2 days ago she returned to UAE for work.

I will be starting the process as soon as possible.

My question is...

1...My Ethiopian wife is now in United Arab Emirates working with working visa, while waiting for process. Can she interview and required documents with the US embassy/consulate in UAE, or does she need to return back to Ethiopia?

2...K-3 or CR-1 best option for us?
