Well you are outside the 2 year visitation limit but since they granted extension they may also waive that requirement.especially if you can show a long history of support since you have last been there. it may take few hours and some say few days from the time you pay your fee. The instructions are old so try using your passport number and not the receipt number it should work. jim.

Then you can go ahead and schedule your interview if you can't schedule yung papers mo ay la pa sa system nla kung mka schedule kna eh nka pasok na sa system ang papers mo. Yun ang pagkakaalam ko. No need to correct MC. you will be correcting a date on a marriage that never happened. It is anulled

Hello Sis we have already our noa2last Sept. 23,2011 Thanks God we did not get any RFE. We wait 2 weeks mybe they will mail the MNL case number or tatawag kami sa MNL embassy. And yeah I have the orginal divorce paper . Actually we still have some waiting we do but this ok than before. How about you Sis? Musta status ng papers mo?
