Photocopy of the US-Immigrant data summary is enough, that's what i read on the CFO leaflet. It's too risky to bring along the Visa Packet around.

thanks... thats what im thinking of its so risky to bring the original... its better if they will only look for the photocopied US-Immigrant data summary.

photocopy your Immigrant data summary...do not detach it from the yellow packet as you will have difficulty at the POE immigration...the security guard at the CFO told me to be careful with the immigrant data summary ...goodluck!

I only brought original and photocopy of my NSO BC, CENOMAR, NBI and passport.....and 650 pesos for certificate and sticker...bright extra money too because they will make you phtocopy of the forms you filled up and your visa..the photocopy cost in their office is expensive...

for us usually they are the one who is sending an email to my husband if there is some update in our case status..

i think there is no specific date..just try 2 call NVC for update of your case.. as for me i got SIF april but i received email from them on may 26 that i will have my interview on july..

i had my interview also last july 5.. try to call or email embassy regarding your concern..

Is it needed to prepare though cause what I read from the packet 3, DS 230 isn't there. And is it okay if I won't wait for the packet 3 before scheduling my interview? Thanks. DS 230 is required for spousal visa.. i dont know if it is required for k1 visa..
