    RFE for: missing one little check box...I feel stupid, but glad it's something simple.

      Already sent it back the next day, now hopefully they will get back to it quickly. They are really tearing through the August 129s - looking at the 130 list they seem to be in July still with some August being worked on, it's more random for sure. Yours can't be to far away, best of luck too!

      I don't know much about the 130 since I am a 129f, but CSC is really slow at the moment. Waited 5.5 months only to get a RFE. I would think they will see yours soon, I certainly empathize with your frustration at the long wait.

    Just received a request for more evidence, not what we were hoping for after 5 and a half months but at least they must be looking at our case now!

      Hello, got my RFE today also! Take a look at Igor's list, there are 3 of us total that got RFEs on January 18, and that's more then any other single day that I can see. Maybe we got the angry worker?
