Our interview was over a year ago and the consulate gave us a 221g. This past week I finally received a paper letting me know that our case has been closed due to validility dates.

Today I received a text message stating that my case was updated. i went to the website and looked at my case and it said that my case has been reaffirmed. Great!!!! Five hours later another status update. My case is in review????? What!!!!!!

Here is what it say: Section 221(g)which prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto. The following remark apply in your case:

We will return your application and petition to the Department of Homeland Security's United States Citizenship and Immigration ...

The Casablanca consulate says that it was sent back in December. The USCIS says that they are behind right now and it takes up to six months to get the information in the system. That is all the information that has been given to me.

He was denied. They said they have a problem with computer and cannot give him the denial paper. No reason given. What do I do next?

After he sat there for five hours they said there was some kind of problem and rescheduled everyone. He goes back tomorrow
