    8 days after NOA2, we still didn't know if NVC has our petition or not.. The wait between USCIS and NVC is more frustrating than our long wait of NOA2...

      Its 9 days for me but I am not worried yet because our approval letter said to give them 30 days so I guess my worrying cap will be on after that 30 days passed. If I hear from them before I will consider it wonderfull if not then it give me time to prepare for my interview because all other forms and documents for the NVC stage is already organised. Keep the faith you will be home free soon.

    Well got my RFE in the mail. I have to send in a certified copy of my divorce decree which i will be geting tomorrow. i have not had time off from work to be able to go get it :( But I wonder if i can send it over night ? Thats all the are asking for so once i get it in they should be able to make decesion pretty quick i would think.

      Well I guess we are close where our cases r concerned. We also got a RFE and we are getting things in order. I already sent my copies of my national ID, driver's permit for my country and once again the copy of my passport. I also sent him 2 sworn affidavits, all of which he received today by FEDEX. He also had to send his certified copy of his divorce decree. because the copy he sent them had him divorced 3 times but he was only married 2 times. Our marriage will be his 3rd. So his lawye...
