Maybe you should run your fingers through Google Translate.

Most time I read posts here, diving deep in water, enjoy it ,people are very nice ,considerate at VJ
My husband took me to Salt lake office for biometrics twice ,because USCIS's computer doesn't recognise my chinese finger prints. First time, after 20minutes process of cleaning and printing my fingers ,the frustrated lady finally said ,OK, let's see if it works. then took a picture for me for my future green card, I got another appointment letter a month later .it was pretty fast printing this time, I was told I had no finger prints
(pretty sure it was because they grounded my fingers too long on their computer last time). I asked if I had to wait another month to get another appointment, and told no, they only do it twice whatever kind of fingers they have to deal with. Oops, I guess I am qualified for bank robbery
During the process, I got RFE mail twice: 1st time ,asking for previous devorce paper of my husband,(I was asked the same RFE for K1,) I put 2 stamps on the envelope in case it be too heavy and sent by USPS, they did not get it until 10days later. 2nd time asking for certification of good conduct both in China (it was included in K1 paper and AOS application package,too--strange!) and here.I sent by USPS express mail , they got it next day
.
The very first thing I did when I landed here was applying for SSN, although I was told that my information did not show yet in their computer, they took my ss-5form, looked at my passport, I-94,and birth notary paper. I got SSN 2 weeks later.
Next ,I went to bank with my husband trying to join his bank account (for the envidence of AOS),were told SSN was not enough, they need solid evidence for the address of my residence (received envolop was not enough). So we went to driver's license office for my learner permit, fortunately I got it that day
The 3rd is AOS application .we sent the paper by Fedex on Oct 17.(I did vaccine shots right after we collected my K1 visa from the post office in Guangzhou).I included the envolope of vaccine evidence from the clinic of Guangzhou addressed to USCIS in my application.--the clinic gave me the envolope right after the vaccine shots. But I did not go to CS for signature or second round of shots here .my case transfered to CSC on Nov 8, I checked my status on Feb 17, and was surprised that it jumped to the last circle.--What !? no interview ?! On Feb 23,I got the green card envelope.
Now I have to learn to drive in those crazy mountain curves on highway in 70mph
In the AOS application package the following were included(I put both receipt # and A# on every page and on the envelope too-makes it easy to be recognized by USCIS.)
1.cover letter
2.check
3.photos
4.I-485
5.G-325a
6.copies of my passport/I-94/DS-3025/the envolope of vaccine
7copies of birth /no criminal notary paper
8.I-864
9.copy of my husband's passport
10,letter of his employer
11 copies of his 3 years tax return
12.evidence of joining his insurance/bank account
13 pictures with the family

It would be funny if you could actually contact the exact VO and you could provide a list of silly questions, and they could video tape the look on her face and see the reaction for candid camera.
"Since you met your husband, it seems you feel he is fat while he is not even fat and everyone else does not agree with you, how is that?"
"Why do you refuse to drive the handed down car from your husband because it is true red not candy red metallic?"
"It appears based on our government internet check, you show blocking on your husband from QQ, can you explain?"
But it would end up with a endless question flow chart of excuses.
you are pretty thin according to both Chinese and American standard
. I am fr China--no secrets fr husband-that's Chinese culture. and of course I have QQ. it is very very strange -blocking on you fr QQ? you only block someone you dislike , or his message which you don;t want to be seen by those on your QQ list

I was told by the National Visa Center sent my petition to GUZ in southern China on August 9. I tried calling the number but could not reach a real person. All were automated responses. One of them had a Chinese woman speaking English, but I could not understand what she was saying.

If I send an email to them, will they respond? Does anyone have their email address?

Thanks so much.....todd
you may call DOS to follow your case

Don't worry, it won't! " 7/26// to 11/26/11/" means the american consulate is supposed to start processing before the expiring date.

Generally, you can get medical exam(which is very brief and easy)result the same day,if everything is fine. For the visa interview, officially , morning is for interview starting at 7:30am; document[ including midical exam result package ] intake starts at 12:30 pm--it takes 2 days for the interview( first, document intake in the afternoon, second, the interview next morning) .it takes 3 working days for the visa process by the Consulate usually, but there are exceptions which is not unusual. From experiences, Self collecting visa in the post office is faster than have it mailed。the following is the link on which cities are on the mailing list
http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/visa_issuance.htmm.
you can go to the Health Care Center of Guangdong International Travel for viccine shots after the interview once your visa is granted( but there might be exception even if it is pink slip although it is unusal) Never book flight ticket for the U.S until you get the visa package

K1 applicants don't need vaccination shots for the visa interview. And for medical exam, Guangzhou United Family Clinic is usually less crowded ,you may get the result package the same day ,bring with you the appointment letter photo and passport

VACCINATION is not required for K1 visa interview. but it is recommendable (cheaper than in the U.S,and time efficient,if you are both determined to get married in the U.S) to have the shots at the Health Care Center of Guangdong International Travel (the only place to do it in Guangzhou) after the interview when you get pink slip--do not take the shots until after the interview (bring passport copy, photo and money). you can do the medical exam either atthe Health Care Center of Guangdong International Travel or United Family Clinic. they both are walk-in Clinics, But you may call they to find out the directions or other information
United Family Clinic opens from Monday to Sunday
Health Care Center of Guangdong International Travel opens from Monday to Saturday morning. it is much closer to American Consulate building

Thanks for the reply. One very important questions is about I-864 because I dont have enough income to support my wife. I am going to use the Joint Supporter.
So what's the different and change or Notice I should care when I use Eletronic Processing??
And what should I know if I am using the Joint Supporter...??

I am from China. I downloaded P3 forms and sent to the Consulate on May 14-one day before I got the p3 forms by mail.
I was told my appointment letter and P4 forms were sent on June 9 ,I got it on June 13, my interview was on June 28.
Vaccination
in China
Posted
I paid around 340yuan for 3 shots June 2011,which is extra from the exam, you don't have to show any record when you go to the clinic
