Hi guys, my wife in the States just received an email from CSC requesting an RFE (additional evidence). In our I-130 we included copies of all documents like " marriage certificates, birth certificates, photo albums, divorce certificates of her previous marriage, passport photo copies for both of us and so on". What additional evidence could they be asking for. Any clues?

on 18july 2012 i got a letter from the usconsulate mumbai asking a new medical.so i had medical again and submitted on 31 july 2012 and its already 8 months till now no update but try to call Department of state and find out ur present status from there u can have some information.calling vfs is waste of time.and good luck.

It depends on why you are in AP. If it is security checks, all you can do is wait. If it is lack of bonafides, and they gave you a paper requesting more proof then definitely, contact them and ask to submit the extra prof.
