Was in and out in 2 hours, and back home by 1.30pm

Just got to wait for the visa's to be delivered now, and we can go home

Ok so we have just got our approvals by email, and you could say I'm getting a little ahead of myself, but what exactly is needed for the interview ? By this I mean what will hubby be needing to collect to give to me for the interview ?

I have all the paperwork birth certificares, etc etc, but it's confusing to know exactly what is required from hubby

Your help on this would be greatly appriciated

Both our K-3 and CR1's have now been approved as of yesterday (09-19-2007)

My hubby has just woke me up with the news that our I-130's have all been approved

So there is light at the end of the very long tunnel

Just to add, don't hold your breath about something being done after 180 days, when my hubby called to ask about this, he was told to call back in another 30 days, just in case they have sent anything out in the post, so by rights, don't bother calling until you are into 210 day of your petiton being recieved at the service centre it was transfered too

Frustration is something I know only too well, but nothing anyone can do about it, but sit and wait it out

I have been over three times now, with my two children, since we filed, twice for 3 months (the last 2 Summers), and last Christmas for 6 weeks, we had no problems at all, took all the evidence I could lay my hands on, but was never asked for any

We got another touch today on the K-3, hopeing it will result into an approval, keep your fingers crossed for us, in fact i've still got everything crossed

We are not sure what the hold up is, when my husband called to see if he could find anything out, all he was told is that it was on a officers desk being processed, this was last month, and still we have no approval, touches yes, but approvals no
