    When I had called a month ago I did get to a sencond tier custom service agent. But she was more rude then the first tier cust serv person. She pretty much said that they were working on middle of Aug. and that since it was less then 180 days since we filed that they would not put in a service request. But I think I am going to call when I get home and see if they can see what is going on.
