Hi Everyone,
I am a petitioner approved on June 17th. I called NVC and Customer service rep(CSR) told me to call next week. He also mentioned that if my petition is not in the system in 15 business days, the CSR should have to instruct me to do some other thing on my next call after 15th Business day. Is there anyone encountered this problem and wold you post your experience with NVC CSR? is there any one instructed to do "some other thing" and what is that?
