  1. honestly, i don't understand it either ... but since my case is difficult enough - i'm kinda freaking out now :(

fact is...you will always hear things that will freak you out! dont let that stuff get too close, i bet your case will be just fine, maybe it needs a little longer than usual, since you said its so difficult, but i bet i will get through!

  2. yes - but my worry actually is that the lawyer says it can cause you problems later even - when you're back in your country !

it was my lawyer who wrote that to me (i am that friend of utopia) - and i was planning to visit, but now i am feared to do so .... because my case is difficult enough already.

hmm, i guess...i went to see my husband too, before we got married and after...im just trying to understand why? i am writing in another forum too, that subject never came up there, they all went to see their spouse since the visa needs so long. plus in the form ds-230 they ask when you went to the states, for how long, where and what kind of visa. i would like to know the circumstances, why they would deny a visa just because of a short visit in the states....

  3. Hey,

i got a few questions about all the paperwork i gotta send for the NVC. I just sent the ds-3032 and got the reply from the NVC.

Now, do i have to send all the papers they need from me (beneficiary)to the NVC by myself after they asked for it? or better send it to my spouse in the states, so he can send the AOS stuff and my package off together. cause if i wait until NVC tells me to send them my paperwork, then the timeframe until they will receive my package...its just a waste of time, isnt it?

how did you all do that, i am a little confused...

    thanks for the help
