  1. Thanks! So let's say I do not finish soon with my 2011 taxes and want to send AOS, it would be totally okay to send 2008, 2009, 2010. NVC would accept this??

I sent off my 2008, 2009 and 2010 a few weeks ago. and it was accepted. I believe if NVC receives your AOS after April tax deadline, then you will need to send in the 2011 tax information...

  2. anybody please tell me what is the processing time for i 130 approval. i am a us permenanat resident filed petition for my husbund in canada on study visa?

When you look at your time line. look for those that are close to your status date, and add them to your list to follow. then you will get an idea when something may happen on your case.

    hope this helps...

  3. You'll still have to wait for each fee to be invoiced and changed to PAID before you can send the packages. NVC does not send you any packet anyway. The instructions are all online, accessible once you've paid the corresponding fee.

I'm still waiting on my package from NVC. called NVC, package has been generated and mail off. my wife needs it for police cert. she was denied just asking for one....

  4. Hi. I'm going to send the big package(I-130, I-485 etc with photo booklet) tomorrow. Do you all send the package in the yellow envelope? I made this photo scrap book and I don't think it would fit in the yellow envelope. Any ideas? can I send it in a box package form?

If it all fits in a regular folder then it should be able to fit in a USPS envelope such as priority mail. That worked perfect for me.

  5. Yes. I emailed my DS-3032 just a few minutes after we paid the AOS fee, and NVC accepted it. It's my understanding that you can do both simultaneously, since they take parallel paths, so to speak. (By they, I mean the processing of the AOS and the processing of the IV application.)

Hi, Im the petitioner and Im confused on emailing the DS-3032.... I can't filled in the blanks online like the I-130 form. so how can I emailed it in?? I tried searching the forums, but still don't get it. also is this the same method used as scanning in documents? Thanks

  6. Rey11, Wow that NOA2 was so fast! Did you expedite your case or are you just one of the lucky ones that the rest of us get to be jealous towards?

Just filed normal, wasn't sure why sent to CSC which seem to be behind everyone else. I wasn't expecting anything until Feb2012. then I notice that the Japan members I'm following was getting approved in like 17 days. so it gave me some hope. I received the notice in 13 days
